‘Big Brother’ Contestant’s Unexpected Injury Threatens the Live Eviction
Dancing. It’s all fun and games … until you take a fall and end up possibly breaking something, which was what Big Brother contestant Christmas learned on Thursday night’s episode.
After hopping onto the back of Jason — whose occupation is a rodeo clown, we should add — to dance as part of their morning ritual, poor Christmas took a painful tumble and immediately felt she broke her foot.
With Christmas up for eviction against Jillian, the houseguests were having a hard time figuring out who to evict prior to the injury. However, when it looked like Christmas might be canceled, it seemed their decision was made for them.
Fortunately for her though, she hadn’t broken her foot and, even though she suffered some torn ligaments, Christmas was able to return to the house — which meant the tough decision about who to evict was still hanging like mistletoe over the houseguests’ heads.
Ultimately, with an 8-4 vote, Jillian was sent home, and Christmas was back on with a vengeance. In fact, as soon as Jillian shut the door behind her, Christmas and Jessica had a face-to-face confrontation so heated that CBS had to turn the girls’ audio off. Yikes! We can’t wait to see how this one unfolds.
Big Brother airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. Live evictions air on Thursdays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
