Justin Theroux Tells Ellen About His On-Set Injuries From ‘The Leftovers’
Justin Theroux stopped by Ellen to talk about his show, The Leftovers, and the surprising number of times he’s been injured during filming.
“I went to the emergency room every single season of this show,” said Theroux. The actor talked about getting a broken nose, courtesy of a stunt gone wrong, and a broken finger plus a snapped tendon. He even had the X-ray to show the audience.
Not to be outdone, Ellen brought up her own X-ray, of a finger that she broke two weeks ago. Her finger looked pretty gruesome in the image, and Ellen said to Theroux, “That’s bad, right? Mine wins.”
