Scott Wolf Says Billy Bush Is ‘a Great Man’

The Night Shift and Party of Five actor Scott Wolf stopped by Watch What Happens Live and was asked what could have been a very uncomfortable question about his post-Trump-tape friendship with Billy Bush. A woman called in to the show to ask, “Have you talked to your friend Billy Bush since the Access Hollywood tape with Trump came out?”

Wolf stood by Bush, saying, “I love the man, and he’s, uh, not a good man, a great man, and, uh, you know what, he’s, uh, he’s figuring it out. That was like an unprecedented thing to happen to anybody.”

NBC fired Bush from his Today show hosting gig after the infamous Access Hollywood tapes went public. After that, Bush laid low for a while, but now he’s been on the interview circuit to get back in the public’s good graces and tell his side of the story.
