Contrary to popular belief, breakouts don't simply disappear once you're out of your teens and into adulthood – not even for the ageless Elizabeth Hurley.
The actress and model, who is famous for her clear, youthful-looking complexion, has revealed that she uses an affordable spot gel to "zap pimples".
Speaking to The Sunday Times' Style magazine about her skincare routine, the 55-year-old explained that she turns to Origins Super Spot Remover, which costs £16.
But, if you do some digging, you can currently get it on sale at Boots for £14.40.
Containing "blemish-busting" salicylic acid, it has been "formulated to quickly fight, fade and prevent blemishes" and won the 'Best Blemish Treatment' award in the Glamour Beauty Power List 2018.

In the same interview, Hurley also recalled how Joan Collins gave her one of her best pieces of anti-ageing advice.
The mother-of-one said how the Hollywood veteran "told me to leave a pot of eye cream by the sink in the loo, so that every time you visit, you pat some on. It’s brilliant advice.
"I also keep various potions by my bed and slather on hand cream or extra moisturiser on my neck while reading at night."
Her eye cream of choice is Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Eye Cream, £125.
The swimwear founder – who has been spending lockdown at her Herefordshire country home – added that she's "pretty speedy" when it comes to applying skincare products, noting that her routine takes "five minutes tops".
She explained that in the morning she doesn't cleanse, but uses a cotton pad to apply toner to her face.
Her go-tos are La Mer The Tonic, £43, and Estée Lauder Micro Essence, £48.
She then moisturises using Tom Ford Intensive Infusion Ultra Rich Moisturiser, £175.
At night, Hurley cleanses with Clinique Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam, £19.50, and applies serum Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair.
Last month, she turned heads on Instagram by posted images of herself posing semi-topless in the snow.
Hurley shared two pictures of herself in nothing but white bikini bottoms and a black and white fluffy coat while stood outdoors in the chill.
Cheekily captioning the snaps – which soon went viral and caused Piers Morgan to get hot and bothered – Hugh Grant's ex-girlfriend wrote: "How could I resist?”
